Hi everyone, during shelter in place, we changed up our format a bit in hopes of sharing ideas and valuable information to strengthen our community while supporting fellow entrepreneurs and businesses that may have been struggling during COVID-19.
I’m Tarek Morshed with The Morshed Group at Sothebys, where we specialize in representing entrepreneurs and founders in residential Real Estate. Welcome to The Entrepreneurial Home Podcast where we interview Austin’s most successful men and women and discuss their business journeys and the entrepreneurial home that empowers them to thrive – both in business and in life. On this special edition we have local entrepreneur, Bonnie Kuhl.
Bonnie Kuhl is the founder of Archer & Olive, a shop and lifestyle brand for creators. With a background in graphic design and a passion for helping other creators bring their ideas to life, through community and an eye for what customers need, she’s grown Archer & Olive to a 7-figure company within 1 year!
Journaling has radically changed the way Bonnie Kuhl experienced the world after receiving a life-changing diagnosis during her university years. After learning she had bipolar disorder and general anxiety disorder, she struggled to navigate each transition while prioritizing her own mental health. The overwhelming pressure to have it “all figured out” followed her wherever she went. It wasn’t until a mentor introduced her to the power of journaling that she began to fully embrace life with her diagnosis. Paired with doctor prescribed treatment, journaling helped her organize her thoughts, reduce her anxiety, and take control of her mental health. After experiencing her own transformation, she set out to share the empowering tool of journaling with as many people as possible through her paper goods studio, Archer & Olive. They design dot grid journals and daily agenda planners to help ambitious, purpose-driven people like you to achieve your goals and exercise your creativity while giving you the tools to manage your mental health.
