Hi everyone, during shelter in place, we changed up our format a bit in hopes of sharing ideas and valuable information to strengthen our community while supporting fellow entrepreneurs and businesses that may have been struggling during COVID-19.
To start off this special series, we were fortunate to interview a dynamic duo, Devish Patel and Hardik Chodavadia of Enamel Dentistry! Dr. Chodavadia spent most of his life here in Texas, aside from the years he attended college in Pennsylvania. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dental work offers the opportunity to talk to people all day while improving their smiles and their lives.
During dental school, Dr. Chodavadia had a brief stint as a stand-up comedian, so he’s been known to crack a few jokes during appointments to help comfort patients through the power of laughter. His approachable, light-hearted personality puts patients at ease, so you’ll always feel like a friend when you’re in his chair. You’re in good hands with Dr. Chodavadia at Enamel Dentistry!
Dr. Patel attended UT Austin for undergrad, went on to complete dental school at UTHSC-San Antonio, and gained clinical experience in Dallas. So, just like everyone else in the Austin area, he has spent half of his life on I-35. Dr. Patel feels honored to settle down and bring quality, individualized dental care to patients in Austin.
Growing up, Dr. Patel and his family relocated often and he didn’t attend the same school consecutively until he was in middle school. Moving frequently and attending new schools made Dr. Patel very good at meeting new people and making friends quickly. These skills translate well with dentistry, and his fun-loving, energetic personality always makes patients feel more like friends. Dr. Patel finds fulfillment in helping others live a healthier lifestyle and motivating his patients to care for their oral health.
