Almost 80 new single-family homes for sale are being built seven miles south of Downtown Austin. The boutique development titled “Village on Cooper Lane 26‘ is the work of Houston developer David Weekley Homes. They broke ground in late September.
This project contributes to the fast expansion of this neighborhood, which lies near South First Street and West Dittmar Road.
The single-family homes will be modern and farmhouse architectural styles, and every two or three-story home will measure up to 1,680 to 2,625 square feet. Five different floor plans are available to choose from, however, each home comes with a two-car garage; three, four, or five bedrooms; two to four full bathrooms; and one or two half-bathrooms.
Not only will residents enjoy the modern luxury of their own homes, but there are also community amenities.
They include a pool, a pavilion, and a homeowner’s association. There is plenty of shopping, food, and entertainment close by, including Southpark Meadows, the SoCo District, Barton Springs, and the St. Elmo Public Market.
