The 78641 zip code encompasses the western part of Leander, including much of Balcones Canyonlands. This area had the second highest number of homes enter into contract within 90 days of going on the market in 2021.
The 115 Acre Northline Development will be bringing thousands of apartments and 1.9 million square feet of office space to this growing city. Leander Springs will feature a man made lagoon and a 400,000 square foot HQ for Changsha Cutlery.
